Use | Suitable for the bottom and middle layer coating of various light leather, grain leather, ground leather, and clothing leather. When adding ingredients, attention should be paid to the order of addition. Dilute the resin with 1-2 times water first, then slowly add other materials in sequence, stir well, and filter for use. |

Wash 140kg acrylic acid and 140kg methyl acrylate with 1% NaOH aqueous solution. After dehydration, add to the polymerization kettle, then add 3kg of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 700kg of deionized water, and quickly stir for emulsification. After emulsification, heat up to 50 ℃ and start adding 20kg (1%) of initiator ammonium persulfate aqueous solution dropwise. Stir at 80-90 ℃ for 2 hours. After the reaction is completed, the unreacted monomer is extracted by vacuum distillation. Filtering to remove impurities is the finished product.
